Fitness Expo and Packet Pickup

The Carmel Marathon Fitness Expo is FREE and open to the public during Registration / Participant Packet Pick up. This will be the only location to pick up your participant packet bag. There will be no registration or packet pick up on race day.

The Fitness Expo will include many exhibitors featuring the newest designs in running gear and shoes, as well as the latest developments in sports, fitness and nutrition. The Expo offers something for runners and non-runners alike.

Each runner and walker will receive a Carmel Marathon event packet offering samples and special promotional discounts along with a commemorative Participant Event Program. After visiting packet pickup, enjoy the outdoor pools and water slides on the grounds of the Monon Community Center.

Parking for Expo

The FITNESS EXPO is located in the building east of the Monon Trail and the best access to parking is via Wood Valley Drive which is west of Westfield Blvd. and approximately 1/3 mile south of 116th Street and 1/3 mile north of 111th Street.

In the heart of Carmel, located in a 161-acre park featuring natural wetlands, lagoon, boardwalk and four miles of trails, the Monon Community Center is a 146,000 square foot facility that offers state-of-the-art amenities that are unsurpassed anywhere in the state. The facility features a Fitness Center, Indoor Aquatics, Waterpark, Gymnasium, Track, Banquet and Meeting Rooms, and KidZone (childcare). The facility hosts hundreds of recreation, fitness, aquatic, dance, art, and educational programs as well as workshops and events for all ages, skill levels and interests.
