The 13th Annual Carmel Marathon Weekend will take place on Saturday, April 8th 2023 and is Carmel's LARGEST running event of the year! 


Approximately 500 volunteers will be needed to fill shifts during the event weekend. Duties include Expo Packet Pickup help, Gear Check, Guest Services, Transportation, Aid Stations and many others!


Some of the benefits you will receive as a volunteer:

  • Free parking at the Expo and around the Carmel area

  • Carmel Marathon Weekend official volunteer t-shirt

  • Invitation to the Carmel Marathon Weekend volunteer appreciation post-race party

  • Complimentary snacks and refreshments

Is your organization, group, team or company  looking for volunteer opportunities and a way to make some extra cash? 

The Carmel Marathon would love to have your group join our volunteer family as we work together while supporting our community.  Water Stations are a great opportunity for groups to work together and provide relief and support to all of those trying to accomplish their goals. 


In exchange for your group staffing a water station, your group will receive:

  • Your Group name or logo listed as a Water Station Goup in the Carmel Marathon Partcipant Guide and Event Website.

  • At your Water Station you can have fun! Play music, dress in costumes or do both!

  • Opportunity to place your group's banner at the Water Station.

  • $150 donation to the nonprofit organization of your choice​.
