CRRG Events Announces Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2019 Carmel Half

Event Will Now Be Named the "Drewry Simmons Vornehm Half Marathon"

CARMEL, Ind. (Jan. 29, 2019) – Carmel-based CRRG Events announced today that the Carmel Half Marathon, part of the Carmel Marathon Weekend, has been named the "Drewry Simmons Vornehm Half Marathon" starting in 2019. The Carmel Marathon Weekend is scheduled for Saturday, March 30 and includes the Carmel Marathon, the Indiana Spine Group 10K, the Indiana Members Credit Union 5K and a marathon relay.

"Drewry Simmons Vornehm have been sponsors of the Carmel Marathon since 2013 when they began their involvement by sponsoring our volunteer team," said Race Director Todd Oliver. "Many of their employees have participated in the race over the years and their support has grown with the event. The naming rights to the half marathon will give them their highest exposure at the event to date."

The Carmel Marathon has grown to be the second largest marathon in Indiana and the largest running event in Carmel, bringing together nearly 6,000 participants and volunteers in what has become a popular kickoff to the spring racing season. The event’s half marathon is the third largest half marathon in the state.
