Thank you for your patience in waiting for your cancellation resolution options for the 2020 Carmel Marathon Weekend. We know how disappointing the cancellation is and want to make your resolution selection as smooth as possible. Below are updates and details to help you determine the right resolution option for your individual needs, as well as instructions for selecting your resolution option.
YOUR RESOLUTION OPTIONS
CRRG Events is offering the following four options to choose from:
1. Donate 100% of your entry fee (minus processing and service fees) to our Official Charity, The Indiana Center for Prevention of Youth Abuse & Suicide.
2. Run it Virtually to receive the 2020 Swag Bag including shirt, medal, bib, and Participant Guide.
3. Defer your entry to 2021
4. Defer your entry to 2022
Please note if you have registered and/or completed your event Virtually (option 2), no action is required. October 10th is the deadline date to submit your Virtual results if you chose option #2 above.
SELECTING YOUR OPTION
Participants are asked to follow the instructions below and make their selection by Saturday, October 1st. If you select to donate your entry fee to our Official Charity (option #1), there are no further steps that you need to take. All donations will be tallied after October 1st and presented to the charity along with a matching + additional donation by CRRG Events.
Here are your next steps:
Visit your participant dashboard and sign in to your Race Roster account using the same email you registered with in order to make your selection.
Click “Edit Registration” on the right.
Select your option.
Click “Save & Exit” to submit your change.
If an option is not selected before the deadline, registrants will automatically be entered into the Virtual option. Please don’t delay and as noted above, these are the only four options to choose from.
